Our mission

The Mary Bridge Brigade is a volunteer organization whose purpose is to support and care for the children of our community through MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital and Health Network.

The Mary Bridge Brigade contributes annually to MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network with financial contributions and dedicated volunteers.

Recent examples of our financial contributions include:

• $10 million donation toward new MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network

• State of the art medical equipment for Ophthalmology care

• Specialty pediatric programs like home infusion kits for leukemia patients

• Over $40K annual purchase of over 500 pairs of shoes to fit children’s new orthotics

• Uncompensated care: $60,000 annually

• Equipment for Mary Bridge’s Outpatient Center in Gig Harbor: $523,956

• Mary Bridge Children’s Health Center: $5 million

• Pediatric surgical suites: $750,000

• Pediatric emergency services: $3 million

• Medical/Surgical Unit: $2.5 million

• Clothing, toys and supplies for Mary Bridge’s Women, Infant & Children’s Center

• Sensory and Activity Kits for Mary Bridge Child Life Department
